Profile

Sugardry

Greco is tighter than Fiano, more citrus and stone. The volcanic soils of Tufo give a smoky note that is not oak. It ages into honey and nuts without losing acid.

A front-of-menu white that still feels like a discovery in most cities.

Fried calamari, lemony fish, and fresh cheeses.
