Taurasi, Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo, and Falanghina — Irpinia's hills inland from Naples, plus the coastal whites of the islands.

Aglianico in Taurasi is the red monument. Fiano and Greco are whites that age. Falanghina is the easier, citrus-and-salt pour. The soils are volcanic more often than not.

This is one of Italy's greatest cellars that still drinks like a discovery outside Italy.
