Itinerary
East from Tbilisi, one cellar
A day
Leave Tbilisi in the morning. One booked tasting in Vazisubani. Back the same night, or stay in the valley.
Late morning
Georgian Sun
Ask for the Mtsvane amber. Then a glass of the Saperavi.
After
Vazisubani
The village is small. One tasting was enough. Do not add a second estate the same afternoon.
The drive from Tbilisi is about two hours. Book before you leave. Amber wine sits on the skins. If you only drink pale white, say so before they pour.
